What we do
Position Overview: Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and hard-working individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) / In-Home Caregivers. Help our clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities lead fulfilling lives with the greatest level of independence possible.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in their homes and community, supporting their personal goals and daily living activities.
Provide guidance in shopping, meal preparation, transportation, and housekeeping.
Support personal hygiene and assist in community involvement activities.
Employ effective teaching and mentoring techniques to aid clients in areas such as employment, money management, and social integration.
Flexible to work side-by-side with clients at their employment locations as required.

Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Willingness to provide 1-2 work references.
A valid driver’s license is required.
